About Me
Early rumblings
I started my interest in music at an early age and was always surrounded my music at home. I think my first instrument was a Ukulele that my mum bought from the toy shop for me when I was 4. I started piano lessons when I was 6 and played recorder at school (we all did), but moved onto guitar when I was 8 and never looked back! My first tune on guitar was "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star".
Where I'm at now
Ely is where I currently live and I perform mostly in my stomping ground of South East England and London. I graduated from Anglia Ruskin University with a degree in music back in 2003. I write my music in my home studio and also when rehearsing with my band Gravy Train Trio. I love collaborating with other artists and have gained experience of a wide scope of different genres of music, some of which have made me push myself to meet the challenge of working with some of the industry's most able and respected musicians.
Everything I do...
I feel most at home playing jazz funk guitar and seeing the reaction of the crowd dancing and really enjoying themselves. It's really the best feeling you can have and even greater to be a part of the whole experience.
